What We do?
- Build houses for the homeless
- Erect a medical clinic (Bharuch, India) to provide medical support to people
- Run Masājid and Madrasahs in deprived areas
- Provide financial aid to widows and orphans
- Provide medical aid to those in need
- Assist the Sa'dāt
- Provide water wells to fulfil the needs of the locals
- Provide aid during natural disasters
- Provide aid during communal riots
- Sponsor Students in the the higher education of Islamic studies
- Prepare the new generation of 'Ulemā and Muballighīn to serve the community
- Organise weekly and monthly ijātimas in many places to spread education and religious awareness
- Helped organise communal wedding ceremonies
- Helped a student in need to graduate and qualify as a dentist, as well as aided him in establishing his own dental surgery

Stats
- 206328 people have benefitted from the SDI Medical Dispensary and we have also organised medical camps
- 3951 of those in need were provided financial help
- 959 widows were helped
- 709 students studying at Jamiya Amjadiya Al Azhar University (Mubarakpur) were helped financially
- 250 students were sponsored by our selfless donors
- 20 people were helped in re/building their houses
- 17+ years we have organised the educational and spiritual annual ijtima' at a state level - many people have benefited from these gatherings and have changed their lives for the better
- We have helped many others, who benefited from our Mission in various ways.
